OOFILE Simple License

OOFILE v1.2 depends on the presence of Faircom's c-tree Plus database library.

You are still fully bound by all the conditions in the c-tree Plus license. (see portions below)

OOFILE is sold on a subscription basis or as a once-off starter kit.

A subscription entitles you to one (1) year's technical support for the license owner and to the right to renew your subscription.

A starter kit entitles you to two (2) month's technical support and the right to upgrade to a subscription for the difference in price at the time of upgrading.

Unless otherwise negotiated in writing, OOFILE is sold to a single programmer 'seat'. If two programmers are linking with the OOFILE libraries then two licenses must be purchased. Each seat is registered for technical support.

The license is the property of the organisation which purchases it and the actual person occupying the programmer seat may be replaced by another person. Support may be refused if A.D. Software has not been notified of this change in person.

You may not redistribute the source code to OOFILE without receiving prior written permission.

You may distribute compiled programs and libraries containing OOFILE provided you comply with the relevant restrictions in the c-tree licensing agreement. Extensions to those restrictions must be negotiated with Faircom and A.D. Software independently.

Any dispute with these conditions must be dealt with under the laws of Western Australia.

PORTIONS OF FAIRCOM CORPORATION LICENSE CONDITIONS

The following is not binding upon Faircom Corporation but represents the most recent license conditions for c-tree Plus, which have remained substantially the same for a number of years.
